Procedure Details
Removal of fat on the tarsal plate sufficiently medial to the eyelid. A portion of the intraorbital fat is also removed.
The levator aponeurose is pulled out slightly anteriorly, and the edge is sutured to the tarsus and the orbicularis oculus on lash-side.
